"Electra", uluslararası faaliyet gösteren yönetmen Tadashi Suzuki'nin yönettiği ve Yunan trajedisini temsil eden oyunlardan biridir. 2009 Dünya Turnesi'nde de (Singapur, Bulgaristan, Yunanistan, İtalya, Polonya) büyük ilgi toplamıştır. Vurmalı müzik aleti performansı da gerçekleştirilecektir. Ayrıca, çalışma yöntemlerinin Tadashi Suzuki tarafından belirlendiği artistlerin performanslarını sergileyecekleri sahnede, geleneksel Japon sahne sanatının mükemmel bir çağdaş sanata dönüştüğünü izleyeceksiniz. Modern aile yıkımını keskin bir dille ifade eden bir oyun olup 17. İstanbul Uluslararası Tiyatro Festivali kapsamında gerçekleştirilecektir.

"Electra" is directed by director Tadashi Suzuki and it is one of the plays representing Greek tragedy. The play attracted much interest in the World Tour in 2009 (Covered Singapore, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Poland). A percussion show will be performed as well. You will have the opportunity to see how traditional Japanese performance arts transform into an excellent contemporary performance art on the stage, on which the artists whose working methods have been decided by Tadashi Suzuki will perform. The plays sarcastically discuss the destruction of the modern family and it will be put on stage within the framework of the 17th Istanbul International Theatre Festival.
